Perfect Cappuccino at home with beveromatic

What You'll need

Fresh coffee beans or ground coffee

Drinking water

Beveromatic Grinder (if using whole beans)

BM100/BM101/BM200 Coffee Maker

Milk (Full-fat recommended for better foam)

Cup (150–180 ml)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Preheat

Turn on your Beveromatic Coffee Maker and let it heat up fully

Run a quick blank shot (just water) to warm the cup

2. Brew Fresh Espresso

Use the BM100/BM101 to pull a single or double espresso shot

Ideal extraction: 25–30 seconds

3. Heat and Froth the Milk

Heat ~100–120 ml milk using the Steam wand on the Beveromatic Coffee Maker

Ideal temp: 60–65°C (hot but not scalding)

Aim for thick, velvety foam (not large bubbles)

4. Assemble the Cappuccino

Pour steamed milk over the espresso

Add a layer of milk foam on top

👉 Target ratio: 1:1:1 (espresso : milk : foam)

Optional Variations

Iced Cappuccino: pour over ice + cold frothed milk

Vanilla Cappuccino: add vanilla syrup

Mocha Cappuccino: mix in chocolate syrup

Start Cappuccino Function

Select Cappuccino mode (or manual espresso + milk option)

The BM200 will:

Brew espresso

Automatically froth milk

Dispense both in sequence
