Returns and Exchanges
At Beveromatic, we understand that preferences may change or circumstances could lead to the need for returns or exchanges. Our customer-friendly return policy is designed to accommodate your needs, ensuring that you remain satisfied with your Beveromatic experience.
1. 7 Day Returns/ Exchanges: Beveromatic stands behind the quality of its products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 7-day returns/ exchange on all items. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, you can choose to return/exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund (In case of Returns). This policy is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction and confidence in our offerings.
2. Return Process: Returning an item at Beveromatic is simple and hassle-free. To initiate a return, send us an Email at: support@beveromatic.com or call us on +91 8929952028 to speak to our dedicated customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase Invoice.
3. Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange a product, Beveromatic is happy to assist you. Reach out to our customer service team, and they will guide you through the exchange process. Like our return policy, the product for exchange should be unused and in its original packaging.
4. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund. Your satisfaction and confidence in Beveromatic are our top priorities.
5. Exclusions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as used/damaged goods. Additionally, any product not in its original condition or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, consumables), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
