What You'll need

Fresh coffee beans or ground coffee

Drinking water and Ice Cubes

BM100/BM101/BM200 Coffee Maker

Milk (Full-fat recommended for better foam)

Cup (150–180 ml)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Fill the Glass with Ice

Add plenty of ice cubes to keep the drink cold and balanced

2. Preheat

Turn on your Beveromatic Coffee Maker and let it heat up fully

Run a quick blank shot (just water) to warm the cup

2. Brew Fresh Espresso

Use the BM100/BM101 to pull a single or double espresso shot

Ideal extraction: 25–30 seconds

3. Add Milk

Pour 100–120 ml cold milk over the ice

4. Create Foam

Froth a small amount of cold milk using a Beveromatic Milk Frother

Add a light foam layer on top

Aim for thick, velvety foam (not large bubbles)

5. Combine & Serve

Pour espresso over the milk and ice

Stir lightly or keep it layered for visual appeal

Ideal Ratio

1 part espresso : 3 parts milk + ice

Optional Variations

Vanilla Iced Cappuccino → add vanilla syrup

Mocha Iced Cappuccino → mix in chocolate

Protein Iced Cappuccino → blend with protein milk
