Perfect Dalgona Style Coffee at home with beveromatic

What You'll need

Instant Coffee

Hot water

Chilled Milk

Granulated Sugar

Beveromatic Milk Frother

Cocoa Powder

Cup (150–200 ml capacity)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Pour

In a small glass, add the instant coffee (2 Scoops) powder and granulated sugar (1 Scoop)

2. Add Hot Water

Pour in a small amount of hot water (about 10 ml)

3. Froth

Use the Beveromatic hand frother to whisk the mixture. Start slowly and continue until the liquid transforms into a thick, creamy, light-brown foam with stiff peaks.

4. Prepare the Drink

Take a separate glass (or use the same one if preferred) and fill it about 3/4 of the way with chilled milk.

5. Layer

Gently pour or spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the top of the milk. It should float effortlessly on the surface.

6. Garnish & Serve

Dust the top with a bit of cocoa powder and give it a light swirl with a spoon before enjoying!
